Fire Emblem is a Japanese fantasy tactical role-playing game franchise developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo.

No one "owns" Fire Emblem. As an intellectual property, rather than a physical property, Fire Emblem cannot be owned, only the copyright. In this case the Fire Emblem copyright is owned by Nintendo, who publishes Fire Emblem games, while Intelligent Systems (a division within Nintendo) develops the game.
