The Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) 💷 certification is a prestigious credential offered by AAMI. To qualify for this certification, candidates must have an associate's degree or 💷 higher in electronics technology and three years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician, or they must have completed a 💷 biomedical equipment technology program in the US military and have two years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician. This 💷 certification must be renewed every three years.
