Open the Spin app and click on menu and select the Balance  tab. Add your payment method  you can use your credit card, debit card or Google Pay or Apply Pay account  and load an amount into your balance.

I want to ride but I don't have a smartphone and/or credit card. No smartphone, no credit card: if you have a limited income and have received an Access code, you can use our text-based (SMS) system to unlock scooters. You can also use the SMS system if you already have ride credit on your account.
