Since only licensed casinos domiciled in Switzerland may offer online gaming services, access to gaming services not licensed in Switzerland by organisers that are domiciled or resident abroad is blocked (Article 86 of the Money Gaming Act).

All gambling activities are legal in Austria and it's the Ministry of Finance that oversees the industry. They get to issue local operators with necessary licenses to provide gambling products including online casinos.
