The new Tucson casino will be located east of Interstate 10 along West Grant Road on the former site of the Century Park 16 movie theater. The theater was demolished and the site was cleared for construction in March 2024. The land is near the Tribe's historical home of Old Pascua ("Pascua Village").

After a long process to find the perfect spot for this transformational project, the City and the Pamunkey Indian Tribe identified the banks of the Elizabeth River in the heart of Norfolk. This 13.4-acre location on the waterfront is the right spot at the right time for this exciting project.
